Cleanse, moisturise, protect

Cleansing

Twice-daily cleansing removes pollution, excess oil, and dead skin cells. Choose a formula that cleans without stripping.

  • Gel cleanser for oily skin
  • Cream cleanser for dry or sensitive skin
  • Rinse with cool or lukewarm water — never hot

Moisturising

Every skin type needs hydration — even oily skin. A lightweight moisturiser maintains barrier function and prevents reactive overproduction of oil.

  • Apply while skin is still slightly damp
  • Lightweight gel moisturiser for oily skin
  • Richer cream for dry or mature skin

Sun Protection

SPF is the single most effective anti-ageing product available. A broad-spectrum SPF 30–50 applied every morning is non-negotiable.

  • Apply as the final morning step
  • Reapply every 2 hours in direct sun
  • Chemical or mineral — both work equally well
